In the past I wrote nigh my search for a new running watch. I'm happy to report I found a runner watch that has worked not bad long-term and I'm talking nigh it in this Timex Ironman Sleek fifty Watch review.

Running Watch Information
I purchased the Timex Ironman Sleek l Classic Mid-Size Watch in light purple. The spotter comes in a variety of colors. It's h2o resistant and affordable. Yous practice not need to spend a fortune on a running sentinel, especially if you are looking for bones tried and true features.
GPS watches are also popular for running and became pop almost a decade ago. This is an entirely different type of sentry. If you need the GPS power in a watch, I have a separate post about accuracy of GPS watches and features to look into.

Pros
I really like the Timex Ironman Sleek 50 Archetype Mid-Size Watch. I accept learned to apply the interval timer to gear up up a walk/run timer for my long runs. The design is stylish and the screen is easy to read and it makes me experience similar a scrap more of a professional athlete when I article of clothing it.
I as well like that it is h2o resistant which is helpful for sweat. While this watch has the proper name Ironman in it, you do not have to run Ironman races to apply this lookout. I found information technology works great for recreational running and racing. I have used the watch while running my preparation runs, along with races from 5K up to half-marathon.
Cons
My only complaints with this picket for runners have been the strap is a scrap long. I take information technology on most the smallest notch, notwithstanding I practice have small wrists. Also I am having bug with the whole "lap counter" feature that I desired. The instructions that come with the watch are long and printed on a big sail of paper.
I would highly advise you do not lose the instructions. It took me some time to effigy out the settings and how to program the watch in the way i would like.
The way it seems to me when I press "lap/set" information technology volition set up a lap based on time, not altitude. My goal was to press the lap push button each fourth dimension I ran a mile (on a marked trail) to in a manner keep track of my pace while running each mile.

This is a good running scout to consider. It has worked well for me for many years.
